Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Austin, TX is seeking a PT Leasing Consultant for a 294-unit luxury community on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires at least 6 months of leasing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to type 30 WPM. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid Texas driver's license and weekend work required.

Qualifications

Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

As PT Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people's lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 6 months of leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
