Job summary

University Partners in Athens, GA seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations with exceptional service and accuracy. You will guide tours, review applications, prepare lease files, and coordinate move-ins while upholding Fair Housing standards.

You will also track leads, respond to inquiries, assist with marketing efforts, and stay informed about market conditions to optimize occupancy and revenue.
