Job summary

LifeLabs Learning is seeking exceptional learning development Facilitators who want meaningful impact without a traditional full-time schedule. This Part-Time / Flex Facilitator role is based in Boston with a hybrid work model and regional travel up to 50%.

You’ll lead LifeLabs workshops for organizations worldwide, delivering engaging experiences across formats, while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs and maintain high-quality facilitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a client-facing role.
• 2 years experience facilitating or teaching adult learners.
• Leadership experience in a real-world setting.
• Strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences that uphold LifeLabs research backed content.
• Create psychologically safe, inclusive learning environments.
• Facilitate LifeLabs Learning workshops across formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid).
• Participate in and lead panels, speaking engagements, Skills Spotlights, and events.
• Adapt to client needs and organizations’ context for tailored sessions.
• Ensure all materials and tools are ready for each session.
