Think Zone Learning is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Learning Center Manager to support daily operations, front-desk service, and tutor coordination at the Fremont Learning Center. This Bay Area role is in-person only, up to 20 hours per week.

Work with the Center Manager and HQ teams on scheduling, materials preparation, student progress tracking, and family communications. Ideal for someone friendly, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow into leadership as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in education and working with families.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person work.
• Experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations & Student Experience: Support daily center operations, front-desk contact, monitor student progress and family satisfaction, assist with scheduling and materials preparation.
• Growth & Community Engagement: Assist with local marketing, school outreach, and family relationships to promote student retention and referrals.
• Team Coordination & Support: Assist with tutor onboarding, scheduling, internal communications, and a collaborative team culture.
