Job summary

Think Zone, a Bay Area-based learning center, is looking for a Learning Center Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth of a Fremont center. This full-time, in-person role focuses on delivering exceptional student experiences, managing staff, and coordinating community outreach.

You will collaborate with families, tutors, and HQ to ensure smooth operations, strong enrollment, and a high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in education or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students and families and monitor progress.
• Manage daily center operations, scheduling, and resources.
• Lead growth, community events, and school partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and coach tutors, fostering a positive team culture.
