This part-time role works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, train staff, and maintain Buckle’s high standards for service and presentation across sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience helpful.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
