Role Overview:

Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive and unpack shipments following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, build displays, and assist in plan-o-gram implementation.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide exemplary customer service.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and manage register and cash drawer.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, restroom, stockroom, and front end area; set up displays.
• Support store safety, security, and organization to ensure a secure shopping environment.
• In the absence of management, authorize refunds, count registers, make bank deposits, monitor cash levels, and oversee security practices.
