Role Overview:

Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Support store operations, customer service, and team collaboration to maximize profitability and protect assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process received merchandise according to store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face shelves, and assist with merchandise displays and plan-o-gram implementation.
• Assist customers by locating products and providing exceptional service.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, handle payments, and bag merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Help set up store displays and maintain safety and security standards.
• In the absence of leadership, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, and assist with bank deposits and security monitoring.
