The role includes stocking merchandise, assisting with plan-o-grams, and supporting floor operations with leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

You will operate the register, process transactions, greet customers, and help ensure a safe, clean shopping environment while accurately handling cash and completing necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned and recovered items.
• Assist with zone ordering and plan-o-gram implementation.
• Help customers locate merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, collect payments, and bag items, following cash control procedures.
• Greet customers, maintain register area, and support store setup and cleanup tasks.
• In absence of leadership, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, monitor security, and complete necessary documentation.
