Job summary

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and ensure an organized store environment. Provide exceptional customer service, help customers locate products, and operate cash registers accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and follow store processes for receiving and unpacking merchandise.
• Stock, rotate, face shelves, and build displays; restock returned merchandise.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining plan-o-grams.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
• Greet customers, operate cash registers, handle transactions, and bag merchandise.
• Help set up displays and ensure the store remains clean, safe, and organized.
• Lead customer service efforts and follow company policies and procedures.
• In absence of managers, authorize refunds, count registers, make deposits, and monitor cash levels and security practices.
• Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.
