EnerStar Solutions is seeking two experienced Pilot Car Drivers to support the safe movement of equipment and oversized loads across our operating regions. This is a part-time, as-needed position with no set weekly schedule, primarily supporting operations in Oklahoma and Texas with opportunities to assist in Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and other locations as needed.

Competenze

• Professional pilot car/escort driving experience.
• Experience escorting oversized or over-dimensional loads.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of pilot car responsibilities and safe escort practices.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible, on-call schedule.
• Current certifications in pilot/escort, if available.

Mansioni

• Serve as lead and/or chase pilot vehicle for oversized moves.
• Support EnerStar drivers during equipment and load movements.
• Review routes, permits, and load requirements before movement.
• Identify hazards, clearance issues, and obstacles on routes.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and EnerStar personnel.
• Position and operate pilot vehicle per assignment requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure pilot car equipment readiness.
• Monitor road conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Follow federal, state, and local requirements for operations.
• Adhere to EnerStar safety policies and driver requirements.
