Job summary

EVEREVE in Buffalo is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by delivering a well-merchandised, visually engaging and brand-appropriate store environment.

You will work a minimum of 15 hours per week, executing weekly and monthly directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director to maintain top-line performance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to serve brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store, leading merchandising tasks for the team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards daytime and throughout the week; share responsibility with the team.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and adjust sale sections as needed.
