EVEREVE in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by delivering a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate environment.

You will execute weekly merchandising directives, implement visual strategies to elevate the customer experience, and partner with leadership to maintain floor integrity and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to benefit brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead merchandising tasks for the store team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards across the floor as a team responsibility.
• Replenish floorset and address sale sections as needed.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising.
