Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences and strong in-store merchandising. You will help create a visually engaging, brand-appropriate environment and lead with HEART values every day.

The role requires at least 15 hours per week, a focus on outfitting and floorset integrity, and collaboration with store leadership to execute directives and promotions across the floor.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style.
• Collaborative problem-solving to support the brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and stay self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logical, organizational, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising experience in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in-store, leading merchandising tasks.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with leadership and RM/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards as a team responsibility across days/weeks.
• React to sell-through and replenish styling floor to optimize outfits.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist for markdowns and re-merchandising.
