Qualifications

• Culinary training or equivalent fast-paced restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years supervisory kitchen experience.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment listed.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff.
• Train kitchen staff on recipes and presentation.
• Control food and labor costs.
• Inspect locations for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Provide high-quality, timely food for guest delivery.
• Prepare hot and cold foods per recipes and portioning requirements.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menus and forecasts.
