Mountain Home Services is hiring a Lead Generator to engage customers in Logan, UT locations, schedule service appointments, and support our Sales Consultants with accurate information.

This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail setting. You’ll join a friendly team and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and daily access to email/text

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the home for estimates
• Explain features and benefits of products/services while gathering customer needs
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings/trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
• Maintain store presence and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment
