National Equity Project is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager, Lead Generation in Oakland, CA to convert content into campaigns that attract education leaders and generate qualified leads. The role covers website, search, ads, and HubSpot emails, with end-to-end coordination to move leads to Direct Services.

You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Communications, Operations, and the Direct Services team. This is a 20-hour-per-week role starting Jan 2027.

Formación

• 2+ years in inbound marketing, email marketing, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar tool (emails, lists, automations).
• Working knowledge of SEO, website conversion, and analytics (GA4, WordPress).

Responsabilidades

• Build a clear path from first visit to qualified lead by coordinating search, ads, pages, resources, and follow-up.
• Manage website, search, and ads in WordPress linking to HubSpot; optimize SEO/GA4.
• Run HubSpot email campaigns and ensure proper follow-up, data hygiene, and lead handoffs to Direct Services.
• Coordinate campaigns, track results, prepare monthly performance reports, and iterate based on data.
