Carroll Water is seeking a friendly Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to represent our brand in retail locations. You’ll spark interest in our whole home water systems, gather leads, and provide a helpful experience to shoppers.

This role offers $20/hour base pay plus commission, weekend availability, and training with ongoing support in a family-owned company. You’ll be on your feet up to 8 hours and may assist with demo displays as needed.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Weekend availability; some evenings may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts.
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
