Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to promote our whole home water systems at retail locations. You will engage shoppers, educate them on benefits, and collect qualified leads for the sales team.

This role requires an outgoing, people-oriented individual who can manage their own schedule and work weekends. Base pay is $20/hour with commission and bonus opportunities, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve outreach.
