Carroll Water is seeking Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representatives to represent our brand in major retail locations. You’ll be the first contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole-home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, capable of working weekends, and comfortable standing for long periods. Training is provided, with commission opportunities and room for growth in a family-owned company.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing person able to connect with shoppers.
• Able to work weekends and some evenings.
• Capacity to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations and events.
• Engage shoppers and spark interest in our water systems.
• Educate customers on benefits of whole-home systems.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Provide a positive customer experience and answer general questions.
• Share customer feedback with marketing to improve outreach.
• Set up and break down demo displays when needed.
