Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers at retail locations and spark interest in our whole-home water systems. You will collect leads for the sales team and provide excellent customer service in a flexible, part-time role.

The position offers $20/hour base pay plus bonus opportunities, weekend availability, and paid training within a family-owned company that values growth and a dynamic, people-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Outgoing personality with ability to engage shoppers in conversation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends, with some evenings possibly required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Engage shoppers and spark interest in our water systems.
• Educate customers on benefits in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and answer general questions.
• Share customer feedback with marketing to improve outreach.
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
