Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers at retail locations and generate leads for our sales team. You’ll explain the benefits of our whole home water systems and collect customer information with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus— but not required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
