Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Kosciusko, MS. In exchange for dedication, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, generous time off and a weekday schedule.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 - 4:30 PM with no weekends. In this role we are looking for someone to work 16 hours/week and there is potential schedule flexibility based on clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a program registered by the Department of Education and valid LCSW license.
• 1–3 years of post-master direct counseling experience with adults.
• Strong computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and follow-up evaluations and assessments.
• Provides crisis intervention services and coordinates referrals.
• Provides case management for Veterans and families as needed.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care.
