Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with MSN.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and licensed to practice.
• Experience in primary care/ambulatory care and government healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively diagnose and treat veterans under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with the PACT Team to develop patient care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide follow-up care.
• Document medical encounters within required timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to VA guidelines and formulary processes.
