Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical medical practice; government healthcare environment preferred.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Must be credentialed and in good standing with the VA.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s).
• Current BLS certification (renewed as required) and ACLS per VA contract.
• DEA registration in good standing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills and patient service focus.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Actively diagnose and treat veterans.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop patient management plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; provide medications and lifestyle counseling.
• Document clinical encounters within required VA timelines.
• Collaborate with the PACT team and VA protocols to ensure quality care.
• Support clinic outreach and enrollment initiatives.
