Qualifications

• GHSA-verified community coaching exams: PREPARE/FIRST AID and Principles for Coaching must be completed within 3 months.
• Prospective coaches should be 21+ years old.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow training procedures.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and coaches K-12 students on fundamentals of sports.
• Coaches with staff to set rules, policies, and team regulations.
• Assists Head Coach with equipment issuance and try-outs.
• Coordinates and supervises practice schedules and supervision of athletes.
• Encourages student athletes to participate at appropriate levels and promotes healthy lifestyles.
