You will support access to library resources and study spaces, working with Circulation Managers and the Assistant Law Librarian.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, information triage, and collaboration across units. Part-time hours and a fixed, on-site schedule support ongoing access to law library resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Juris Doctor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Access Services Operations and Patron Experience: desk coverage, transactions, referrals, and policy adherence.
• Collections, Spaces, Equipment, and Facilities: monitor study rooms, inventory, and maintenance.
• Marketing, Outreach, and Social Media: assist with content for social media, webpages, and newsletters.
• Other Related Duties as Assigned: support dept. mission and vary with needs.
