• Support compliance and training programs.
• Review NDAs, Terms and Conditions, and basic contracts in Word.
• Update corporate policies.
• Manage legal billing and matter management in Legal Tracker.
• Assist with filing annual reports, licenses, and registrations.
• Monitor budgeting and track expenses.
• Support corporate records retention program.
• Perform other duties for the legal department.
