Job summary

2ULaundry is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to greet customers, answer questions, and help troubleshoot machines at our Charlotte laundromat.

This front-of-house role includes washing, drying, and folding drop-off orders, selling laundry supplies, and keeping the front desk welcoming. Schedule: Saturday through Monday, 3:00pm–11:00pm; in-store position requiring customer interaction and a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Prior laundromat experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions in English and Spanish when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and assist customers with problems.
• Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep the laundromat welcoming.
• Wash, dry, and fold drop-off orders in the 2ULaundry process.
