Job summary

Century Laundry is seeking an Attendant to assist customers with equipment operation and launder clothes for drop-off service, ensuring laundromat cleanliness and safety. The role backs up the Store Manager when needed and requires reliable personal conduct and basic math skills.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, urgency, and basic Spanish language ability. Compliance with safety policies and the ability to handle inventory and cash are essential functions of this position.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• No certifications required.
• Basic English plus conversational Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for Attendants.
• Meet cleaning standards for Store on a consistent basis.
• Accurate cash drawer handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts for Store OTC products.
• Fulfill all duties of Drop-off Laundry Service and all duties of the Store Manager in their absence.
• Report, test and properly tag equipment out of order.
• Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
