Job summary

Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) in Trimble, Missouri is seeking a PART-TIME laborer to join our growing team. You will assist the Production department by boxing orders, help the retail team with customer pickups, and support the sanitation crew with weekly cleaning.

We are a family-owned operation delivering locally processed meats nationwide. Candidates must be 18+ and able to work in freezers; a drug test is required. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and motivator.
• Ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis throughout the work day.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ to work in freezers/coolers for prolonged time.

Responsibilities

• Know PLM mission, products, and most importantly core values.
• Assemble boxes daily for production departments.
• Assist retail in executing customer pickups from freezer – and carry out – heavy lifting.
• Assist Sanitation department with weekly janitorial cleaning of various areas.
• Assist retail in retrieving and putting away weekly orders from wholesale, stocking store, and keeping up retail store front.
• Assist in shipping as needed.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

Main Duties:

Assist the Production department by making boxes and keeping the box making area clean. Assist retail in various tasks. Assist sanitation department with weekly cleanings.
