Job summary

Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking a PART-TIME LABORER to join our growing team in Kentucky. This role supports production by assembling boxes and assisting multiple departments with daily tasks.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy items, follow safety protocols, and contribute to our commitment to quality and efficiency. Drug test is required. 18+ to work in freezers. Join a family-owned business focused on local, sustainable meats.

Responsibilities

• Know PLM mission, products, and core values.
• Assemble boxes daily for production departments.
• Assist retail in executing customer pickups from freezer – and carry out – heavy lifting.
• Assist Sanitation department with weekly janitorial cleaning of various areas.
• Assist retail in retrieving and putting away weekly orders from wholesale, stocking store, and keeping up retail store front.
• Assist in shipping as needed.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

Main Duties:

Assist the Production department by making boxes and keeping the box making area clean. Assist retail in various tasks. Assist sanitation department with weekly cleanings.
