Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain, clean, and decontaminate benches and equipment.
• Triage certain specimens to other labs or send out for analysis.
• Complete record logs and other administrative duties.
• Support department to maintain efficient workflow by performing lab assignments.
• Restock supplies as required.
• Deliver laboratory reports to nursing units and mail outpatient reports to physicians.
