Responsibilities

• Acts as receptionist on the unit, receiving all incoming phone calls.
• Prepares and maintains adequate supply of forms for patients' records.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of new admissions/transfers/expirations.
• Ensures patient property is safeguarded as per policy/procedure.
• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures.
