• Responds promptly to patient call lights and requests for assistance.
• Obtains and scans patient health information into the EMR.
• Manages admissions and discharges through the Electronic Bed Board.
• Provides medical records to clinical staff and ensures correct patient flow.
• Coordinates transfers to another hospital as needed.
• Prepares unit for EMR downtime and assists with data recovery.
• Orders departmental forms, supplies, and requests repairs; maintains folders.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and ICARE competency.
