Mercy is seeking a Lab Support Technician (LST I) to join our provider care team at the Rogers location. The role focuses on support for reports, data and scheduling within the laboratory, with emphasis on accurate specimen collection and safe handling.

The LST I will ensure timely processing of specimens, transport of samples, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards and HIPAA regulations while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Probationary period completion required.
• No active disciplinary actions or active performance improvement plans.
• Preferred: College-level Chemistry, Biology, or other Science courses.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a clinical laboratory.

Mansioni

• Provide accurate, timely laboratory support including specimen collection and processing.
• Transport and referral of laboratory specimens and reports as required.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and lab policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Mercy Signature Service.
