Mercy in Rogers is seeking a Lab Support Tech (LST I) to join the provider care team. This full-time role supports reports, data and scheduling within the laboratory, while acquiring specimens with safe, accurate methods and HIPAA compliance.

The LST I will handle processing, transport, and referral of specimens and reports as required. Education required is a high school diploma or GED, with enrollment in a healthcare program considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support reports, data and scheduling functions within the laboratory.
• Acquire laboratory specimens using safe, accurate, and professional methods while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Process, transport and refer all types of laboratory specimens and reports as required.
• Observe Mercy Service Standards and maintain patient privacy and data security.
