Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a professional kitchen.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to gain access to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen, dish cleaning, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and sanitary manner.
• Washes utensils, dishes, and cookware by hand or machine using proper sanitation methods.
• Assist with food preparation and replenishment during operating hours as needed.
• Assist hospitality and culinary staff and supervise student workers when required.
• Coordinate with chefs and preceptors and ensure compliance with health regulations.
