Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support catering operations at the Atlanta Police and Fire Academy. This part-time hourly role involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and assisting with event setup and breakdown in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the culinary team, follow safety protocols, and help ensure smooth service during events. Flexible shifts and weekend availability are needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a kitchen or as a steward preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash, sort dishes, and prep foods.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet buffets.
• Facilitate plate-up and delivery of food for functions.
• Keep floors clean and dry throughout shift.
• Wash, stack and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Operate dishwashing and sanitization steps per EcoLab guidelines.
• Assist with food deliveries and storage.
• Maintain dry storage areas and warehouse organization.
• Follow daily dish-cleaning duties and support chef as needed.
