Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking additional Kitchen Stewards for the Emory Sports Medicine Complex in Atlanta. This part-time role includes supporting catering operations, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with dishwashing and event setup.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a kitchen or steward role, a high school diploma or GED, and a ServSafe preference. Flexible shifts, weekend and holiday availability, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a kitchen or steward role preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash, sort, and prep dishes as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet buffets.
• Handle plate-up and delivery of food for events.
• Keep floors dry and clean; organize dish area and storage spaces.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
