Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking Stewards for seasonal, part-time work at Georgia Tech venues to support gameday and events. You will join the front-of-house team in the hospitality and club suites, performing dishwashing, dish-pit duties, and kitchen-cleaning tasks to help ensure smooth operations.

Prior kitchen or steward experience is preferred; a high school diploma is preferred, ServSafe certification is a plus, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must within or near Auburn, AL.
• 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen or as a steward is preferred, experience in customer service role is preferred.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen, wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep foods as needed.
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintain clean floors; keep kitchen areas organized.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware and containers.
• Assist with food prep and other duties as needed by the chef.
