Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club in Export, PA is seeking a part-time Steward to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, keeping kitchen and service areas tidy, assisting with deliveries and events, and following all food safety standards. No prior stewarding experience required; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within Troon are available.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Remove trash and recycling and uphold sanitation standards.
• Support banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed.
• Follow all food safety, health, and club standards.
