Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club in Export, PA is seeking a part-time Steward to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, keeping kitchen and service areas tidy, assisting with deliveries and events, and following all food safety standards. No prior stewarding experience required; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within Troon are available.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. General Purpose

This vital position helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while ensuring members and guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas
• Assists with receiving and storing deliveries
• Removes trash and recycling and upholds sanitation standards
• Supports banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed
• Follows all food safety, health, and club standards
