Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club, located in Export, PA, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join Troon's hospitality team. You will prepare and execute menu items, perform daily prep, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced club setting.

The ideal candidate has previous line cook experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms provided, shift meals, and opportunities for advancement within the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Perform daily prep duties to support service and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen.
