Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to train in safe and effective use of heavy cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Able to read temperature readings and adjust as needed.
• Work well alone or in a team to complete tasks.
• Maintain gaming license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Washes wares in dishwasher or by hand.
• Keeps kitchen, storage, and receiving areas clean and organized.
• Maintains concession areas and self-serve locations.
• Stores dishes and wares properly.
• Deep cleans dish machine after each service.
• Follows deep cleaning schedule for all areas.
• Cleans heavy kitchen equipment daily (mop, scrub, sweep).
• Cleans dry and cold storage areas.
• Performs duties positively and professionally.
• Maintains regular attendance and works the required schedule.
