Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a diligent Utility Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen spaces, equipment, and dishware. This full-time role supports Food & Beverage operations and helps keep a safe, organized kitchen. Shifts include 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. with starting pay of $16/hour.

Applicants must be 19+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Clear dishes and service items from all Food & Beverage outlets and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Replenish clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen supplies throughout the property.
• Break down and thoroughly clean kitchen equipment using approved cleaning products and procedures.
• Transport kitchen floor mats from outlets for cleaning and return them to the appropriate locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing and stewarding area.
• Assist Food & Beverage Attendants and other team members as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies and procedures.
