Responsibilities

• Transports dishware, flatware, glasses, and trash to the dish area promptly.
• Wipes tables and service areas; sweeps and mops as needed.
• Monitors supplies and restocks items to keep area tidy.
• Collaborates with servers and hosts to deliver high guest service levels.
• Carries food from the kitchen to guests and ensures timely service.
• Ensures equipment is functioning and reports issues for resolution.
• Adheres to food safety standards and maintains professional appearance.
• Maintains consistent attendance and reliable onsite presence.
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
