The position involves basic setup/breakdown tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of sanitation and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors and disposes of trash.
• Cleans equipment with appropriate chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restocks soap, paper towels and cleaning supplies; supports with setup/breakdown tasks.
