Bass Pro Shops is seeking a restaurant expeditor to ensure quality and timely presentation of meals, directing servers and food runners to deliver complete orders. Emphasis on safe handling and neat, stocked stations.

Qualifications include a high school education (college degree preferred), about 2 years of related experience, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and procedures; basic math and literacy.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct servers/food runners to ensure timely, complete orders.
• Ensure proper presentation and correct temperature of each plate.
• Maintain kitchen and equipment to like-new condition.
• Maintain brisk, organized pace with no unnecessary steps.
• Measure productivity by output and quality.
• Handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Stock supplies ahead of rushes.
• Work and communicate well with others.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Positive attitude and commitment to Restaurant Division standards.
• Safe food handling and safety are top priorities.
