StepStone Hospitality is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our dining operations. Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry heavy loads (70 lbs) as part of duties.
• Stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and follow directions.
• Ability to operate a dish machine and maintain sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report problems.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage.
• Segregate and remove trash to designated containers.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Perform basic food prep as needed.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
